Training
Riding
As soon as the snow melts and until it snows again, we ride outdoors. Training is broken down into three groups: beginner, intermediate and advanced. There are many scheduled rides during the week each with a certain purpose. These will be added on the calendar at the beginning of each season. There are also many unscheduled rides announced on the forum.
Spinning
During the off-season, we spin bi-weekly. The spinning schedule can be found in the calendar.
Cross training
There are bi-weekly plyometric training sessions in the gym. Also, many members cross-country ski during the winter. Any form of group training is encouraged. These impromptu sessions can be announced on the forum. Anything meeting with sufficient enthusiasm can be added to the schedule.
